AC Milan are reportedly interested in Toulouse ace Amine Adli and Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud as we look to strengthen our attacking options for next season.
The Rossoneri’s priority for now is Sunday’s showdown with Atalanta as we look to get the result that books our place in the Champions League next year.

That in turn could change our approach and strategy in the transfer market significantly, and so it seems slightly irrelevant discussing potential targets at this stage.
Nevertheless, that hasn’t stopped speculation from linking us with specific targets, and as reported by MilanNews, both Giroud and Adli have emerged as potential arrivals in the summer.
Giroud, 34, will see his current contract with Chelsea expire at the end of the season, and so a move on a free transfer could be a smart piece of business from a Milan perspective, provided that we opt against extending Mario Mandzukic’s stay at San Siro.
The Croatian stalwart has struggled for form and to avoid injuries since he arrived earlier this year, and having made a minimal impact in the second half of the campaign, it doesn’t appear as though he’s done enough to warrant a new deal.
In turn, that leaves a void that needs to be filled in the squad behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and Giroud, who has scored 11 goals in 30 appearances for Chelsea so far this season, could be a smart pick up to add quality depth and experience.
Meanwhile, the report above also suggests that Adli is on our transfer radar, with the talented 21-year-old making a big impression for Toulouse in Ligue 2 this season.
He has bagged eight goals and seven assists in 33 appearances for the French outfit, with the youngster capable of playing in various roles in the final third from a second striker to a right winger.
Given the lack of quality and consistency that we’ve struggled with on the right flank in recent years with the likes of Suso and Samu Castillejo, that is an area that will need to be addressed this summer and Adli could seemingly emerge as a long-term solution.
Should he arrive, or any another right-winger for that matter, it arguably also raises question marks over the likes of Rafael Leao and Jens Petter Hauge and their roles moving forward.
