The 21-year-old enjoyed a productive season last year, scoring eight goals and providing eight assists in 36 appearances for the Ligue 2 outfit.

It appears as though that form has attracted the interest of Milan, who need more quality on the right wing moving forward as we attempt to compete at the top level.
Samu Castillejo’s inconsistency and lack of quality in the final third has been an issue, and with Alexis Saelemaekers also offering a limited impact in attack, the Rossoneri need more decisiveness in that position moving forward to ensure we have enough firepower and creativity in the side.
According to Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, as noted by MilanNews, Milan have now made the first step to try and prise Adli away from Toulouse, as it’s reported that we’ve lodged a bid worth €5m, plus bonuses.
Time will tell if that’s enough to convince them to sell, but it appears as though the club have genuine faith in Adli’s ability and potential, as we seek a long-term solution on the right flank.
It’s unclear if he will be the sole acquisition to address that particular problem area, and whether or not others will stay on to offer more experience as he adjusts to life in Italy with Saelemaekers surely the best option at Stefano Pioli’s disposal currently.
Nevertheless, for now it seems Milan are convinced on Adli, and they’ll be hoping that they’ve made an offer that is considered suitable by Toulouse which in turn green lights an exit for the talented forward.
