AC Milan will host Udinese at San Siro on Friday, with Marko Lazetic potentially available to Stefano Pioli.
The Rossoneri will be looking to get back to winning ways after our disappointing draw with Salernitana last time out, a result that could hurt us in the long run.

While it didn’t prove to be as costly a result as first feared given our rivals at the top of the Serie A table also dropped points this past weekend, it was both a poor performance and outcome that Pioli and the players will know wasn’t good enough.
In turn, it’s hoped that we can produce a reaction against Udinese, and it appears as though Lazetic could be involved after his move to Milan last month.
As per Antonio Vitiello, Lazetic rejoined the rest of the group for training on Wednesday, and so he will no doubt be pushing to improve his fitness and sharpness ahead of possibly getting minutes off the bench on Friday, if Pioli and the medical staff think he’s ready.
Meanwhile, Vitiello adds that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is continuing to do personalised work at Milanello, and so it appears as though he won’t play any part in our upcoming fixture.
That said, it’s noted that the 40-year-old stalwart could be eyeing a return to action against Napoli on March 6, and so it remains to be seen whether or not he can avoid any late setbacks and be at Pioli’s disposal next month.
Given his poor form prior to his latest injury setback, it arguably hasn’t been an absence that has necessarily hurt us too much, particularly with Olivier Giroud stepping up.
Nevertheless, given the experience and quality that Ibrahimovic possesses, it’s fair to say that Milan will be pleased to see him return to action as soon as possible to give us a boost and an important additional option heading into the remaining fixtures.
